Job summary

The role focuses on shaping operational improvement strategies aligned with APAC objectives and requires strong program management and governance

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in business or project management.
• Experience delivering medium to large projects with stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Advanced understanding of project performance and ROI measures.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage moderately complex projects aligned with Health Services’ strategic goals.
• Partner with Operational Excellence Partners to plan and execute transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardisation, and optimisation.
• Facilitate workshops and working groups to co-design solutions and embed continuous improvement practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Health Services and the APAC Market Unit.
• Drive project management discipline and use standard frameworks and tools across the program.
• Mentor and guide Operational Excellence Consultants, supporting their development.
• Develop change and communication plans to drive engagement and adoption of new ways of working.
