Job summary

Bupa Eyecare Operations Manager in Melbourne, Victoria is responsible for leading nationwide eyecare operations across Optical and Hearing practices. You will partner with leadership to drive performance, workforce planning, customer experience and governance while delivering connected care initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and the ability to manage capital expenditure, workforce rostering and service standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site healthcare, retail healthcare or service-based operations.
• Demonstrated success in managing operational performance across geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience in workforce planning, rostering, resource deployment and productivity optimisation.
• Strong financial, commercial and analytical skills with budgets and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day eyecare operational performance across Optical & Hearing practices nationally.
• Drive customer, people, operational and financial outcomes.
• Oversee appointment book management in line with clinical frameworks and service standards.
• Ensure resources are aligned to demand and maintain compliance and safety standards.
