Job summary

Bupa is seeking an Operational Excellence Senior Consultant to drive transformation across Health Services. You will lead moderately complex initiatives, mentor junior team members, and partner with stakeholders to align improvement strategies with APAC objectives.

With a strong focus on process standardisation, data governance and ROI, you will shape and deliver change across clinics and portfolios while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric care.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects with stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes under tight time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex projects aligning with Health Services' goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence Partners to scope, plan, and execute initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardisation and optimisation.
• Facilitate workshops and co-design solutions to embed continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Health Services and the APAC Market Unit.
• Drive project management discipline and use standard frameworks and tools.
• Mentor Junior consultants and provide guidance on risk management strategies.
• Support change and communication plans to drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Monitor benefits realisation and contribute to post-implementation reviews.
