Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a technical degree, substantial project management experience, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Architecture.
• Experience delivering highly complex and technical projects in government, hospitals/health, commercial or education sectors.
• Strong leadership, ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment; excellent English reporting and bid writing.

Responsibilities

• Managing larger multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex projects and programs.
• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion.
• Proactively managing the design process to meet client requirements and manage expectations.
• Preparation of project management plans, programs, budgets and other key deliverables.
• Reviewing plans, scheduling, costs-saving measures, and risk of construction issues.
• Managing timelines, risks, and reporting; invoicing and contract administration.
