Job summary

Turner & Townsend Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare programmes across multi‑site projects. You will manage client relationships, budgets and schedules, and drive delivery to meet stringent healthcare requirements.

In a fast‑paced environment, you will guide diverse teams, develop project strategies and ensure governance, reporting and bid‑writing proficiency support winning outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in a technical field related to project management, architecture, construction management, engineering or cost management.
• 7+ years of project management experience (consultancy or client side preferred).
• Experience in real estate sectors with healthcare expertise is essential.
• Strong communication, leadership and high-pressure environment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing projects and programmes as the key client interface.
• Managing complex and diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion.
• Managing multiple project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track.
• Managing the project delivery process across multiple projects and programmes to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations.
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting.
• Chairing project meetings with clients and consultants.
• Analysing and defining future programme and portfolio strategies.
• Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives.
• Driving business outcomes alongside project outcomes.
