Job summary

Total Resource Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior HCM Business Analyst to lead the business analysis workstream on the NSW Government HCM Project. Start date is immediate, with a 6-month term; location includes Macquarie Park and other Sydney locations, with a hybrid model requiring 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in service transformation projects in the HR domain.
• Experience in HR/HCM transformation programs across Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central (EC) modules.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering and documentation, business process mapping and creation of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous context without pre-established frameworks in place.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business analysis workstream for the HCM Program, driving requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, documentation and implementation support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes, services and user experiences through business transformation and technology-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with SMEs and stakeholders to understand current state services and systems, and capture business requirements.
• Lead the design and documentation of future-state processes and services, ensuring alignment with the program's business transformation objectives while incorporating customer insights to improve service quality, efficiency and user experience.
