Job summary

NES Global Talent is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a large government organisation in Sydney CBD. The role centers on HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, with responsibilities covering design, documentation, requirements gathering, and process mapping for people management.

Hybrid work setup offers on-site and WFH flexibility for an initial 12-month daily rate contract. You will report to the Functional Lead and support the HCM program through solution design and implementation activities
