Job summary

You will collaborate with the Program Manager and data stakeholders to map HR processes, document capabilities, and guide data integration, testing and end-user training, while ensuring alignment with HR objectives.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification with HR systems experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years as a business analyst focusing on HR data migrations, system implementations, and legacy data cleanup in large organisations.
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall, Lean, and Rapid Application Development.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional docs and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR data processes and legacy system cleanup as part of system conversion.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and HR SMEs to implement requirements and guide QA.
• Develop operational guides and user training; document data integration and services.
