Responsibilities

• Assisting with the operation of the hay press and processing line.

• Supporting the movement and handling of bales throughout the facility.
• Assisting with container packing and export preparation.
• Completing quality checks to help ensure our hay meets export standards.
• Keeping the plant and surrounding work areas clean, safe and ready.
• Working with the team to achieve daily production targets and following all safety procedures.
• As the Senior Operator you will be supporting others in growing their skills and capability.

QA Hay is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, hands-on people to join our production team at our hay processing and export facility in Warracknabeal.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be standing around watching the day go by. You’ll work alongside a practical, hardworking team to operate our hay press, keep production moving and prepare quality Australian hay for international markets.

If you’re dependable, comfortable around machinery and proud of doing a good job, we’d like to hear from you. Previous hay-processing experience isn’t essential—we’re prepared to train people who bring the right attitude and are ready to learn.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with the operation of the hay press and processing line
