Civeo Australia is seeking a Senior Guest Services Assistant for our Dysart Village in Central Queensland. You will supervise the Guest Services team, manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and ensure a smooth front-office operation on a 14 days on, 7 days off roster.

You will mentor staff, maintain data accuracy, and deliver high standards of guest service across accommodation and retail activities on site. This full-time role offers a comprehensive package and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Senior guest services leadership experience or front office leadership role
• Experience in reservations, accommodation services or guest services operations
• Proven ability to train and mentor team members
• Strong administration and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support the Guest Services team to ensure efficient daily operations
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, room allocations and reservations processing
• Perform check-ins and check-outs and respond to guest enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Assist with roster coordination and on-the-job training of Guest Services team members
• Ensure reservation data accuracy and compliance with company procedures
• Prepare and distribute reports in line with operational requirements
• Process retail transactions and maintain cash handling records
• Monitor stock levels within reception and retail areas
• Build positive relationships with guests and clients while resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a safe, professional and welcoming environment for guests and team members
