Civeo Australia is seeking a Guest Services Assistant to join Dysart Village in Queensland. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling arrivals and departures, managing bookings and guest inquiries, and supporting reception operations.

This permanent full-time role offers a 14-on/7-off roster with on-site accommodation and meals. Previous reception or accommodation management experience and RMS familiarity are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, guest services, front office, reservations or administration.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using accommodation management systems (RMS preferred).
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in remote village, hospitality, mining or resources sector (desirable).
• Australian working rights (full).
• Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening required.
• Willingness to obtain National Police Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and clients
• Process reservations, accommodation bookings and room allocations
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain accurate reservation, reporting and administrative records
• Process retail transactions, EFTPOS payments and cash handling
• Prepare operational reports and complete general administration duties
• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding guest requests
• Maintain a safe, professional and welcoming environment
• Assist with accommodation administration and village reception operations
