Qualifications

• Must hold Working with Children Check and Child Safe Environments Certificate.
• Provide First Aid certification is required or willing to obtain before starting.
• Availability to shifts throughout the season and a high-energy, personable work style.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at reception and cafe in a professional manner.
• Respond to inquiries by counter, phone and cafe with accurate information.
• Provide centre information on services and hours to guests and members.
• Handle inquiries and complaints, addressing customer needs promptly.
• Collaborate with management to schedule hire groups and support aquatic programs.
