Responsibilities

• Own paid growth engine end‑to‑end: channel strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ideate, brief, test, and iterate high‑performing ad concepts.
• Lead a rigorous test‑and‑learn roadmap across audiences, creative, bidding, and landing experiences.
• Own performance analytics and reporting; diagnose issues and opportunities using first/third‑party data.
• Champion measurement excellence: attribution, incrementality, and full‑funnel tracking.
• Influence cross‑functional growth strategy with product, analytics, and leadership.
• Complete ownership of paid accounts: setup, pixel implementation, structure, launch, and optimization.
