Job summary

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is building a leading digital health business in Australia and is seeking a Senior Manager for Conversion and Lifecycle to shape how Pilot/Hims converts and retains patients through its digital experience.

You will lead conversion, retention and LTV strategy, build a high-performing CRO/CRM team, and partner with Engineering and Growth to deliver trusted, high-converting patient journeys that drive long-term value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across CRO, CRM, retention or strategy in high-growth environments.
• Experience owning both conversion and retention metrics at scale.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort owning core commercial metrics.
• Experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Experience launching features customers love.
• Clear, structured communication with senior stakeholders.
• High standards for craft, clarity, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion, retention and LTV strategy.
• Define and lead the roadmap across quiz flows, onboarding, lifecycle journeys, and key retention touchpoints.
• Lead the conversion and lifecycle function.
• Build, manage and develop a high-performing team across CRO, CRM, product strategy and design.
• Deeply understand the patient mindset.
• Analyse behavioural data and translate insight into high-impact initiatives.
• Build high-performing digital journeys.
• Partner with Engineering and Growth to deliver intuitive, high-converting experiences.
• Drive testing frameworks and prioritisation.
• Be accountable for performance outcomes.
• Own conversion, retention and LTV metrics and react quickly to shifts.
