Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Senior Manager for Conversion and Lifecycle to shape and own how patients move through onboarding, engagement and retention across our digital healthcare platforms. You will define strategy, prioritise improvements, and lead a team focused on conversion, retention and long-term value, reporting to the General Manager, Hims Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRO, CRM, retention or strategy in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical ability with commercial metric ownership.
• Experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion, retention and LTV strategy.
• Define roadmap for quiz flows, onboarding, lifecycle journeys and retention touchpoints.
• Lead the conversion and lifecycle function and build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Growth for high-converting experiences.
• Establish testing frameworks and prioritisation to focus on high-leverage opportunities.
• Diagnose shifts in performance and drive decisions to improve outcomes.
• Report to General Manager, Hims Australia.
