Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Senior Manager for Conversion and Lifecycle to shape how Pilot/ Hims converts and retains patients through its digital experience. You’ll lead the strategy from onboarding to ongoing engagement, directing prioritisation and experimentation to improve conversion, retention and LTV across the patient journey.

This role reports to the General Manager, Hims Australia, and requires building a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver measurable impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in CRO, CRM, retention or strategy in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in owning conversion and retention metrics at scale.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with core commercial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own Hims’ conversion, retention and LTV strategy.
• Define and lead roadmaps across quiz flows, onboarding, lifecycle journeys, and retention touchpoints.
• Lead the conversion and lifecycle function and build a high-performing team.
• Deeply understand the patient mindset and translate insights into high-impact initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Growth to deliver intuitive, high-converting experiences.
