Job summary

Helping Hand Aged Care is seeking a Group Manager, Residential Services to lead a portfolio of residential aged care homes across metropolitan and regional South Australia. You will guide Residential Service Managers, lift clinical and operational performance and champion person-centred care across multiple sites.

You’ll report to the Head of Residential Operations and balance commercial discipline with compassion, enabling leaders to deliver high-quality resident outcomes and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in aged care or health discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in aged care, healthcare or a similarly complex environment.
• Strong operational, quality and financial management capability.
• Experience leading teams through change and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• A passion for person-centred care and positive resident outcomes.
• Relevant qualifications in health, aged care, management or a related discipline.
• A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Residential Service Managers across your portfolio.
• Drive excellence in quality, safety, governance, compliance and resident experience.
• Lead complex change with confidence, care and a strong focus on practical outcomes.

• Partnering with clinical, hotel services, rostering, quality and corporate teams to deliver joined-up outcomes.
