Job summary

Care Connect Group in Australia seeks an Aged Care Lead to provide senior operational leadership across our Aged Care programs, including Support at Home and CHSP services. You’ll translate strategic priorities into high‑quality service delivery outcomes, balancing client needs with governance and financial performance.

This role focuses on workforce planning, risk and continuous improvement, while supporting growth under Support at Home and maintaining long‑term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior leadership experience within aged care, home care, health, disability or community services.
• Experience leading services through periods of reform and organisational change.
• Strong understanding of aged care reform, quality standards, care governance and risk management.
• Experience managing operational performance, workforce planning, budgets and service sustainability.
• Experience using data and insights to drive operational decision-making.
• Collaborative and authentic leadership aligned with CARE values.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across Aged Care programs.
