Helping Hand Aged Care is seeking a Group Manager, Residential Services to lead a portfolio of residential aged care homes across metropolitan and regional South Australia. You will guide Residential Service Managers, lift clinical and operational performance and champion person-centred care across multiple sites.

You’ll report to the Head of Residential Operations and balance commercial discipline with compassion, enabling leaders to deliver high-quality resident outcomes and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in aged care or health discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in aged care, healthcare or a similarly complex environment.
• Strong operational, quality and financial management capability.
• Experience leading teams through change and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• A passion for person-centred care and positive resident outcomes.
• Relevant qualifications in health, aged care, management or a related discipline.
• A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one.

An opportunity to step into a highly visible senior leadership role with one of South Australia’s long‑standing aged care providers. As our Group Manager, Residential Services, you'll lead a portfolio of residential aged care homes across metropolitan and regional South Australia, shaping the way care is delivered, leaders are supported and services continue to grow and improve.

Reporting to the Head of Residential Operations, you'll guide and support Residential Service Managers, strengthen operational and clinical performance, and help create environments where residents receive safe, high-quality, person‑centred care and teams feel confident to do their best work.

You'll have the scope to influence strategy, lift capability, lead meaningful change and see the impact of your work across multiple homes. It's a role for someone who can balance commercial discipline with compassion, build trust quickly and bring people together around a shared commitment to better outcomes for older people.

You'll be an experienced, values‑led leader who is confident operating in a complex service environment. You'll bring sound judgement, strong relationship skills and the ability to coach leaders, manage competing priorities and turn ideas into practical improvements that make a real difference.
