Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in aged care, health or a regulated service environment.
• Proven ability to lead, engage and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, occupancy and performance delivery.
• Sound knowledge of aged care funding, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care on a 24/7 basis.
• Create a safe, compliant and high-performing environment aligned to the Aged Care Act and standards.
• Build capability across your team through coaching, feedback and performance management.
• Drive strong commercial outcomes including occupancy, funding, labour management and overall financial performance.
• Use data, insights and quality frameworks to continuously improve care, safety and operational performance.
• Strengthen resident and family engagement to enhance experience and outcomes.
