There to care. Here for good.
Aged care is so important. Some people forget that. You don't and neither do we. Because helping people is what we were born to do. We've been a leading provider of aged care in communities across South Australia since 1953. That's a long journey, and we're proud of our stability and strength.
Now, we're on a mission to continue to grow and improve our services and impact, hand in hand with our fantastic team. Here, every moment matters and every client counts. And so do you.
Join us as the Group Manager, Residential Services and shape your future and ours.
An opportunity to step into a highly visible senior leadership role with one of South Australia's long-standing aged care providers. As our Group Manager, Residential Services, you'll lead a portfolio of residential aged care homes across metropolitan and regional South Australia, shaping the way care is delivered, leaders are supported and services continue to grow and improve.
Reporting to the Head of Residential Operations, you'll guide and support Residential Service Managers, strengthen operational and clinical performance, and help create environments where residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care and teams feel confident to do their best work.
You’ll have the scope to influence strategy, lift capability, lead meaningful change and see the impact of your work across multiple homes. It's a role for someone who can balance commercial discipline with compassion, build trust quickly and bring people together around a shared commitment to better outcomes for older people.
You’ll be an experienced, values-led leader who is confident operating in a complex service environment. You’ll bring sound judgement, strong relationship skills and the ability to coach leaders, manage competing priorities and turn ideas into practical improvements that make a real difference.
An understanding of the national agenda for change in the aged care sector towards Person centred care and resident experience.
At Helping Hand, aged care is more than a service - it's a commitment to people, community and doing what's right. Since 1953, we've supported South Australians with compassion, respect and care. Today, we're continuing to evolve, and this role gives you the opportunity to help shape what great residential aged care looks like across our metro homes.
You’ll be supported by a collaborative leadership team, a clear organisational purpose and the stability of an established provider, while having the autonomy to influence services, systems, culture and performance in a meaningful way.
Here's the thing. When good people come together, amazing things happen. At Helping Hand, you'll find real support from teammates and managers who share your values and strength. They've been in your shoes - and they'll always be just a phone call away to lend a helping hand.
As our Group Manager, Residential Services, you'll know you're contributing directly to a community you care about. And you'll see your impact on the faces of the people you're supporting.
In any job, how well you feel affects how well you work. And we take that very seriously. We want you to feel as secure as you can. So, we're proud that our people say they value the stability that comes with working for a well-established, growing organisation like us.
