Job summary

BGIS is seeking an accomplished Executive Director to oversee the delivery of integrated facility and asset management services across a major government property portfolio in New South Wales.

Based in Parramatta with a hybrid work arrangement, you will lead a large account team, manage budgets and contractor performance, and drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience within integrated property services or facilities management.
• Proven experience overseeing medium to large contract teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with financial and business planning capability.
• Experience building executive-level client relationships.
• Experience with QA, WHS, and environmental systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of all contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Own the contract's financial performance including budgets and quarterly reforecasts.
• Prepare and present budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to executives and client.
• Oversee integrated property, facilities, financial, and project management services across the portfolio.
• Nurture trusted relationships with client executives and ensure open communication.
• Lead and coach a large account team to drive performance and development.
• Oversee reporting to meet client governance requirements.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier performance, tenders and procurement.
• Champion safety, compliance and quality across service delivery.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to add client value.
• Hold team members accountable to performance standards.
