Responsibilities

• Own the Global Store strategy end to end, including selection, pricing, promotions, and marketing, and drive execution plans with local and global teams.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across search, engineering, marketing, logistics, finance, and compliance.
• Dive deep into metrics, build business cases, and develop actionable recommendations to improve growth and profitability.
• Own customer experience (CX) improvements for Global Store, locally and internationally.
• Embrace AI and new technologies to find faster, smarter ways to operate.
• Prioritise across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate resilience and curiosity, aligning with Amazon's working styles.
