Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, growth, and performance of one of the largest international seller segments in Amazon Australia's third-party marketplace business.
• Grow product selection and expand the seller base.
• Scale the seller base by recruiting and onboarding international sellers.
• Accelerate growth by designing and executing programs that drive seller adoption and sales.
• Shape the product roadmap by translating seller feedback into priorities.
• Lead cross-functional execution across seller-facing, product, finance, and operations teams.
