Job summary

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience designing and delivering HR programs at scale.
Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive decision making and measure program effectiveness.
Experience with AI and HR technology platforms and systems (e.g., workforce scheduling, associate self service tools).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, or related field.

Responsibilities

Champion the associate and manager experience as the customer for all deliverables.
Own local PXT analytics, managing relationships with analytics and engineering teams, translating needs into requirements for tech delivery.
Own centralization of support and case management, routing work to the right resolution path.
Support onboarding and metric validation locally, deprecating local reporting as central capability matures.
Track delivery against program metrics and report progress to leadership.
