Havas Media is seeking an Organic & AI Manager to lead a portfolio of client accounts, owning organic and AI visibility strategies. You will define GEO methodologies, oversee the AI visibility platform, and train the team while collaborating with senior leaders on market-first offerings.

You’ll report to the Organic & AI Director and contribute to pitches, landscape briefings, and client workshops, bringing hands-on SEO and AI expertise to a senior, fast-moving team in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SEO/organic with hands-on AI search work.
• Ability to explain AI retrieval, grounding, and entity concepts to CMOs.
• Experience with an AI visibility platform or related tools preferred.
• Strong command of organic analytics stack (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush).
• Solid technical SEO and structured data foundations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day delivery for a defined client book across organic and AI visibility.
• Lead the AI visibility practice, including platform setup and reporting templates.
• Enable the team through training and workshops on AI visibility delivery.
• Support senior stakeholders with technical substance for pitches and landscape briefings.
• Build relationships with clients and present complex AI concepts clearly.
