Job summary

Suncorp’s Customer, Brand & Digital team is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end performance of paid search activities. You will translate business and customer objectives into effective SEM strategies, manage campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and drive continuous optimisation.

You’ll work across brand, website, product and analytics teams and guide adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• At least four years’ hands-on experience building, managing and optimising paid search accounts.
• Strong in-platform knowledge of bidding strategies, account structures, audiences and campaign types.
• Ability to diagnose performance issues at a granular level.
• Experience planning and optimising campaigns across keywords, audiences, creative, bidding and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Manage SEM investment, measurement and platform activity across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Translate business and customer objectives into effective channel strategies and high-performing campaigns.
• Collaborate with brand, website, product and analytics teams and external partners to connect media performance to the customer journey.
