Searchability® is an in-house digital performance SaaS company in Melbourne, focused on helping brands grow through paid search, paid social and CRO. We operate with a client-centric, delivery-driven mindset.

We are seeking a commercially minded Digital Consultant to manage an existing portfolio across US and Australian clients, drive campaigns, CRO initiatives and pursue AI-enabled improvements, with hybrid work and occasional early starts.

Qualifications

• Proven agency-side experience in account management, client services or client partnerships within a digital marketing or performance marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of paid search, including Google Ads, campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding, budget allocation and performance optimisation
• Solid knowledge of paid social, particularly Meta, including campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative testing and performance measurement
• Strong understanding of CRO, including conversion funnels, landing page optimisation, experimentation, A/B testing and user journey improvements
• Experience managing relationships end-to-end, from strategic planning and briefing through to delivery, reporting and ongoing optimisation
• A genuine interest in AI and its practical applications across digital marketing, including AI tools, workflow automation, automated reporting and process optimisation

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers, acting as their key point of contact and overseeing the digital services delivered to them.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across paid search, paid social, CRO, creative, data and development to ensure strategic guidance and ongoing support.
• Lead conversations around performance, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve results and maximise marketing investment.
• Drive CRO initiatives by connecting paid media performance with landing pages, journeys and conversion funnels.
• Explore AI tools and automation to improve services and streamline internal processes.
• Grow existing customer accounts by expanding paid search, paid social and CRO services and presenting recommendations.
