Job summary

EIC Activities, part of CIMIC Group, is seeking a Senior Digital Engineering Manager to provide strategic leadership across Digital Engineering services in Australia. The role drives adoption of digital practices, standards, and governance to enhance project delivery and information management outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management or related field.
• Certifications in BIM, Digital Engineering or Information Management desirable.
• Extensive experience leading Digital Engineering functions in major infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership with track record of building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, governance and oversight of Digital Engineering services.
• Drive adoption of digital engineering standards, systems and innovation.
• Develop and implement Digital Engineering strategies across projects lifecycles.
• Foster capability growth and ensure governance is applied consistently.
• Support bid development, major pursuits and client presentations.
• Monitor performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
