Job summary

Quantium, based in Sydney, seeks a Senior HR Operations Officer for an 8-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the day-to-day HR case work, including onboarding, leave, mobility and offboarding, interfacing with our India-based People Experience team and IT, Finance and Payroll partners.

You will apply P&C policies, drive process improvements using automation, and support compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR operations experience.
• Hands-on case management with a tool such as JIRA.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and P&C best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of JIRA case management for employees.
• Handle onboarding, leave, mobility and offboarding with SLA adherence.
• Drive process improvements using automation and AI tools.
• Organise and allocate tickets among Coordinators and provide guidance.
• Provide policy interpretation and practical P&C guidance.
• Support audits and maintain employment records for compliance.
