Job summary

Ebury Sydney is seeking a detail-oriented Payments Analyst to join our Hybrid office. You will reconcile client funds across Ebury's bank accounts and back-office systems, and verify client payments in line with internal SLAs.

You'll conduct post-payment investigations with liquidity providers and partner banks, perform 4-eyes checks on client information, and support ongoing due diligence. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FX products including spot and forwards
• Knowledge of SWIFT in cross-border payments
• Strong communication, written and verbal
• Understanding fraud risks in payments
• Experience with FX cash movements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client funds across accounts and back-office systems
• Process and verify client payments per SLAs
• Conduct post-payment investigations with liquidity providers and partner banks
• Liaise with banks to prioritise queries and investigate incidents
• Perform 4-eyes controls on client information and due diligence
• Support in training and day-to-day issues and ad-hoc projects
• Contribute feedback to improve processes, efficiency and risk management
