Job summary

Ebury Sydney is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our Regional Operations team in a hybrid setup (4 days in office, 1 day WFH). The role focuses on reconciling client funds, processing payments, and conducting due diligence with a strong emphasis on accuracy, risk controls, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client funds across bank accounts and back-office systems.
• Process and verify client payments in line with SLAs.
• Complete and verify client beneficiary details.
• Conduct post-payment investigations and follow up with liquidity providers and banks.
• Contact providers to prioritize queries and investigate incidents.
• Perform 4-eyes controls on client information as part of due diligence.
• Review transactions and 4-eyes approvals under financial crime screening rules.
• Assist clients with transaction questions via email, phone, and chat.
• Take instructions from clients interacting with Ebury offline.
• Communicate task status to colleagues and escalate issues as needed.
• Support induction and ongoing training for new starters.
• Contribute feedback to improve efficiency, service, and risk management.
• Adhere to internal policies and quality standards.
