Ebury Sydney is seeking a KYC Onboarding Analyst to execute compliant and high-quality CDD/EDD workflows for corporate clients. The role offers a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) and a clear two-level progression path, focusing on risk assessment, regulatory alignment, and collaboration with Front Office teams.

You will handle due diligence, maintain documentation standards, and contribute to training and knowledge sharing across the KYC and Front Office functions.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of specialized CDD/EDD experience with corporate clients.
• Foundational knowledge of entity onboarding and ownership structures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for direct client contact.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and due diligence procedures.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive CDD and EDD for corporate clients.
• Ensure checks comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform quality assurance/4-eye checks on work for Level 2 progression.
• Provide ad-hoc support to FC Ops Pillar and wider business.
• Act as a liaison for Front Office queries and onboarding requirements.
• Train and share knowledge with KYC teams and Front Office.
• Keep client files accurately documented in a structured format.
