Ebury Sydney is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst in Regional Operations to ensure accurate reconciliation, payments processing, and due diligence across client funds and partner banks. The role blends frontline support with process improvement in a hybrid, office-based setting.

You will work on 4-eyes controls, investigate issues with liquidity providers, and help train new staff while maintaining compliance with internal SLAs and policies.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of FX operations and client funds reconciliation.
• Experience with payments processing and bank communications.
• Awareness of compliance and risk controls in payments/Fx environments.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and cross-border payments.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Reconcile client funds across bank accounts and back-office systems.
• Process and verify client payments per internal SLAs.
• Complete and verify beneficiary details in line with processes.
• Conduct post-payment investigations with liquidity providers and banks.
• Escalate and investigate payment queries to ensure prompt resolution.
• Perform 4-eyes controls on client information and approvals.
• Support due diligence processes and policy adherence.
• Respond to client queries via email, phone, or chat.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new staff.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
