Job summary

Transport for NSW seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to translate stakeholder needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, covering objects, fields, flows, security and permissions. You will support end-to-end delivery from requirements and design through testing, implementation and ongoing support to achieve reliable, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, profiles, permissions).
• Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions with solid data and security knowledge.
• Engage stakeholders, run workshops, gather requirements, document user stories, and support UAT and releases.
• Excel in problem-solving, prioritisation, data management, automation, reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear Salesforce designs by partnering with stakeholders, leading workshops and documenting user stories.
• Configure and administer Salesforce to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions aligned to standards.
• Support end-to-end delivery from requirements through deployment and post-go-live optimisation, including testing and change management.
• Ensure system stability and continuous improvement by troubleshooting issues, managing data and access controls, and identifying automation opportunities.
