This is a Salesforce-focused business systems role where you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve, optimise, and enhance Salesforce. Rather than being a developer, you'll primarily configure and extend the platform using Salesforce's low-code capabilities, ensuring it continues to meet business needs and deliver an exceptional user experience.
The role also has ownership of Salesforce data quality, security, reporting, automation, and platform governance. You'll help design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while supporting ongoing releases, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll play a key role in improving business processes, driving platform adoption, enhancing customer and partner experiences, and ensuring Salesforce remains secure, reliable, and aligned to organisational objectives.
You’ll act as the bridge between the business and technology teams, gathering requirements, running workshops, designing solutions, and translating business challenges into scalable Salesforce configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
This position would suit an experienced Salesforce Administrator, Functional Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, CRM Specialist, or Platform Specialist who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving business problems, and driving meaningful business outcomes through technology. Experience supporting Salesforce release management, environments, CI/CD processes, and platform governance would be advantageous.
