Cadence Connect is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to work on a live, regulated payments platform with a focus on architecture and delivery. You will join a small engineering team and collaborate with the Lead Developer to evolve the platform while supporting uptime and data security.

You will own feature delivery from database to UI, participate in design reviews, and mentor junior developers. This role offers four days remote work and one day per week in the South Brisbane office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering production software across the full stack.
• Strong Angular and TypeScript or strong React with willingness to move to Angular.
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core and SQL Server in multi-tenant setups.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsabilités

• Take features from the database through to the UI and into production with product and QA.
• Shape scope and estimates before coding.
• Work on payments layer: gateway integrations and scheduling logic.
• Review code, mentor mid-level and junior developers.
• Maintain technical debt controls and adhere to audit trails for regulated platforms.
• Influence system design beyond implementation.
