Job summary

Humanforce is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a global product and engineering team. You will design, build and improve customer-focused solutions across backend and frontend technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable outcomes.

You will work in a hybrid model with responsibilities spanning architecture, testing, and mentoring, while exploring AI-assisted development to drive efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in full stack software engineering within a commercial product or SaaS environment.
• Strong experience developing applications using .NET and C#.
• Strong experience building user interfaces using modern frontend practices.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, automated testing, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
• A testing-first mindset with experience writing and maintaining automated tests.
• A track record delivering reliable and scalable software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain high-quality full stack software solutions.
• Develop backend services and APIs using .NET and related technologies.
• Build responsive user interfaces using frontend technologies used by the team.
• Contribute to architectural design and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and engineering teams to deliver customer value.
• Mentor and support the growth of other engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Investigate production issues and improve the product proactively.
• Explore AI-assisted development to enhance efficiency and quality.
