Job summary

Humanforce is building a new customer facing product. You’ll contribute to backend service design, data modelling and prototype implementation using a modular .NET-based backend with a multi-tenant data model.

You’ll work with Postgres, DynamoDB and an internal event bus, applying AI tooling to accelerate code generation, design exploration and documentation in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Technical experience with C#, .Net, Postgres, DynamoDB.
• PHP experience.
• JavaScript, React or Angular.
• AWS or similar cloud technologies.
• AI Fluency and using AI tooling in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Building and extending a modular monolith, a .NET-based backend with multi-tenant data model.
• Working with Postgres, DynamoDB and an internal SNS event bus for data and messaging.
• Designing and implementing domain services with correctness and ordering.
• Using AI tooling for code generation, design exploration, and documentation.
• Contributing to architecture decisions and enterprise integration approaches.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align requirements with product strategy.
• Propose process improvements and technical innovations.
