Job summary

Humanforce is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our product and engineering team. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, designing and building scalable solutions for frontline and flexible workforces.

You will design backend services with .NET/C#, build robust frontends, and collaborate with product, design and other engineers to deliver customer value. A strong testing mindset and ownership are expected in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in full stack software engineering within a commercial product or SaaS environment.
• Strong experience developing applications using .NET and C#.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, automated testing, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
• A testing-first mindset with experience writing and maintaining automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain high-quality full stack software solutions.
• Develop backend services and APIs using .NET and related technologies.
• Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using frontend technologies.
• Contribute to technical design, architecture and engineering standards.
• Work with Product, Design and other engineering teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Take ownership from discovery to delivery and ongoing improvement.
