Job summary

Humanforce is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our product and engineering team. You will design, build and improve customer-focused solutions across backend and frontend technologies, influencing architecture and standards.

You will work with a collaborative team, bringing strong technical capability and a proactive, customer-centric approach to solve complex problems. The role emphasizes ownership, testing, and ongoing improvement in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in full stack software engineering within a commercial product or SaaS environment.
• Strong experience developing applications using .NET and C#.
• Strong frontend experience with modern practices.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and relational databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, automated testing, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
• A testing-first mindset and practical experience writing and improving automated tests.
• Ownership for the quality, testability and maintainability of changes.
• Experience mentoring or leading other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain high-quality full stack software solutions.
• Develop backend services and APIs using .NET and related technologies.
• Build responsive, intuitive user experiences using frontend technologies used by the team.
• Contribute to technical design, architecture and engineering standards.
• Work closely with Product, Design and other engineering teams to deliver valuable customer outcomes.
• Translate business and customer needs into practical technical solutions.
• Take ownership from discovery to delivery and ongoing improvement.
• Adopt a testing-first mindset with automated tests to protect regressions.
• Identify and address performance, scalability, reliability and security considerations.
• Participate in code reviews and support clean, maintainable code.
• Mentor and support the development of other engineers.
• Investigate and resolve production issues when required.
