Job summary

Humanforce is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing product and engineering team. This role spans the full software development lifecycle, designing, building and improving customer-focused solutions across backend and frontend technologies.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to deliver scalable, reliable software and drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in full stack software engineering within a commercial product or SaaS environment.
• Strong experience developing applications using .NET and C#.
• Strong experience building user interfaces using modern frontend practices.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, automated testing, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
• Testing mindset with automated tests (unit/integration/API/e2E).
• Ownership for quality, testability and maintainability of changes.
• Experience with agile product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain high-quality full stack software solutions.
• Develop backend services and APIs using .NET and related technologies.
• Build responsive user interfaces with frontend technologies used by the team.
• Contribute to technical design, architecture and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver valuable outcomes and refine requirements.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and improvements.
• Take ownership from discovery to delivery and ongoing improvements.
• Adopt a testing-first mindset and maintain test coverage.
• Identify performance, scalability, reliability, and security considerations.
• Participate in code reviews and support clean, maintainable code.
• Mentor and support other engineers to build an engaged team.
• Resolve production issues and explore improvements to practices and tooling.
• Explore AI tools to improve development efficiency and outcomes.
