Job summary

Humanforce is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our product and engineering team. This role covers the full software development lifecycle, designing, building and improving customer-focused solutions across backend and frontend.

You will work with a collaborative team of engineers, product managers, designers and other specialists. The role requires strong technical capability, sound engineering judgment and a practical, customer-focused mindset. Hybrid work model in Australia.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in full stack software engineering within a SaaS product environment.
• Strong experience with .NET and C#; modern frontend practices.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain high-quality full stack software solutions.
• Develop backend services and APIs using .NET.
• Build responsive user interfaces using frontend technologies used by the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and other engineering teams to deliver outcomes.
• Mentor and support other engineers to build a collaborative team.
