Job summary

Humanforce is seeking a Software Engineer to join our engineering team, delivering a new customer-facing product with a .NET backend and a multi-tenant data model.

You will work with Postgres, DynamoDB, and an internal SNS event bus, applying AI tooling for code generation, design exploration, and documentation to accelerate delivery. Collaboration with Product Managers will ensure alignment with strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficient with C#, .NET, Postgres, DynamoDB.
• PHP experience.
• AWS or similar cloud technologies.
• AI fluency and comfort using AI tooling in workflow.
• Strong collaboration and communication in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend a modular monolith, a .NET backend with multi-tenant data model.
• Work with Postgres, DynamoDB, and internal SNS event bus for data and messaging.
• Design and implement domain services (shift state machines, audit outbox, eligibility pipelines).
• Use AI tooling for code generation, design exploration, and documentation.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and flag when something does not add up.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align solutions with product strategy.
