Job summary

Humanforce is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Engineering team on a new customer-facing product. You will focus on backend service design, data modeling and prototype implementation.

You’ll build a modular .NET-based backend, work with Postgres and DynamoDB, and use an internal SNS event bus. AI tooling is encouraged to accelerate code generation, design, and documentation. Hybrid work model with flexible office days offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Software Engineer with backend focus.
• Technical experience with C#, .NET, Postgres and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular).
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms; AI tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend a modular monolith backend in .NET with multi-tenant data model.
• Work with Postgres, DynamoDB and an internal SNS event bus for data/messaging.
• Design and implement domain services and ensure correctness and ordering.
• Leverage AI tooling for code generation, design exploration and docs.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and integrate product suite in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align solutions with strategy.
• Suggest process improvements and technical innovations.
