Job summary

Talent Web Recruitment seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst in South Sydney to own monthly margin analysis, budgeting and forecasting across group entities, delivering actionable insights to operational leaders. You will report to the Group Financial Controller and work closely with the CFO, building financial models, dashboards and supporting acquisitions; advanced Excel and MYOB experience are valuable.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A background with a focus on margins and profitability.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly margin analysis and identify movements in service mix and costs.
• Partner with branch/division leaders and explain performance drivers.
• Prepare monthly management packs with commentary and recommendations.
• Lead annual budget process and rolling forecasts.
• Build financial models covering scenarios, capex and cash flow.
• Support acquisition activity through modelling and integration.
• Develop dashboards and automate budgeting/reporting.
