Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a QA Batch Release Officer to review batch documentation for GMP and food safety compliance, including deviations and CAPAs. The role involves line audits, internal audits, and maintaining QA records to ensure product quality and regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree and at least 2 years in a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing quality role, with strong attention to detail and communication skills to support cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in a STEM-related subject is preferable.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a quality role within a Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review batch manufacturing and packaging records for completeness and GMP compliance.
• Verify non-conformances are documented and resolved before batch disposition.
• Review and approve CofA/testing documentation and disposition batches.
• Support line audits and provide QA guidance to production teams during manufacturing.
