Responsibilities

• Coordinating advice implementation and client service activities.
• Working closely with advisers to support client outcomes.
• Supporting and coordinating a small offshore administration team.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders.
• Assisting with investment transactions, cash movements and related administration, monitoring workflow and maintaining high service standards.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.
