Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Financial Planning
• Experience with implementation of advice and using platforms

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, guiding onboarding and ongoing service
• Work closely with the lead adviser
• Liaise with wrap platforms, lenders, funds, insurers and registries
• Coordinate documentation, compliance requirements and client records
• Support advisers with meeting preparation, file notes and follow-ups
• Drive continuous improvement in team processes and service delivery

This is a role for a Client Service Manager who is comfortable working right across the advice process. Our clients have a big focus on culture as they do enjoy regular team events, lunches together, and a very supportive approach towards learning and internal development.

You will ensure the smooth delivery of holistic advice services across a high-quality client base of clients ranging between wealth accumulators, pre-retirees and more.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, advice implementation, and ongoing service
• Work closely with the lead adviser
• Liaise with wrap platforms, margin lenders, super funds, fund managers, insurers, and share registries.
• Manage and coordinate documentation, compliance requirements, and client records
• Support Financial Advisers with client meeting preparation, file notes, and follow-up actions
• Drive continuous improvement in team processes and service delivery standard

Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in Financial Planning
• Experience with implementation of advice and using platforms
• Salesforce and XPLAN experience is highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
