Job summary

Ambition Recruitment is seeking a Client Service Manager to support a high-performing Wealth Management team in Sydney. You will manage onboarding, maintenance, and ongoing management of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Financial Advisers, Compliance and Operations, and external stakeholders. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a client-first mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Industry qualifications (e.g. RG146, Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning) highly regarded but not essential.
• Previous Client Service experience in wealth management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and documentation
• Maintain accurate client records in line with AML/CTF and KYC requirements
• Prepare valuations, asset allocations and client reports as needed
• Assist with domestic and international asset transfers
• Monitor settlements and follow-up on outstanding funds
• Support advisers by prioritising requests in a busy environment
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify process improvements and contribute to team initiatives
